As your nominated candidate, I promise to offer a FRESH approach:
FAITHFUL to the values and ethics of our community, speaking up for you both inside caucus and in the Legislature and behaving with dignity at all times outside the Legislature.
RESPONSIVE. I commit that any inquiry to my office will receive at least an initial response within two weeks. If your inquiry involves other levels of government, I will do my best to offer a "one stop-shopping experience" by helping you navigate those other levels.
ENGAGED. I will attend as many public events as time allows. I will hold regular open houses at my office. I will conduct regular between-election door-knocking to hear your concerns and I will conduct regular constituency surveys.
SYMPATHETIC. I believe that, as your public servant, I must put people ahead of ideology. I will ensure that my office conveys an atmosphere of humanity and understanding that puts your needs ahead of party policy.
HONEST. I will do my best to help my constituents at all times but an MLA can't solve every problem. I will never lead you on with false hopes or half-measures. I will always tell you the truth even if it isn't pleasant for you or me."
